South Korea being threatened by Kim Jong Un

South Korea being threatened by Kim Jong Un

Kim Jong Un is considered by many a merciless leader, and his actions only strengthen this perception. During his career as the leader of North Korea, he has maintained the country in complete silence, and not many people around the world can say that they know what is happening in North Korea.

The press is not allowed to write or distribute anything without his approval and access to Internet is prohibited in North Korea. The country is reported to have one of the best armies in the world, and the leader is not afraid to flaunt this in front of his opponents.

The President of South Korea has been in conflict with Kim Jong Un for years, and although international leaders have tried to help them deal with their differences, all attempts have failed. The countries share the same border, but not the same policies. Kim Jong Un has stated his dissatisfaction with, according to him, the way South Korea is invading the privacy of his country.

Although the leaders of the two countries signed an agreement some time ago, neither is willing to capitulate. The army of South Korea is still present along the border, and Kim Jong Un declared a state of war against South Korea only a few months ago. No one knows the real power of North Korea, so this threat should be taken seriously.

Whether the two countries will actually engage in a real war, it is yet to be seen. However, the international leaders expect a conflict and they predict that this could be devastating for the entire region. Not only this; there are so many factories in the area and a conflict could create an economic problem world-wide. It is a concern for everyone.
