Dogs are one of the most amazing animals in the world and majority of people simply love them. Still you can always find other group of people who use them for their twisted plans and who have nothing against animal cruelty.
Luckily these people cannot do this forever, because at some point, someone will catch them and stop them from doing anything else.
Spanish police arrested a vet from Venezuela because he surgically implanted heroine inside puppies, because he wanted to smuggle drugs into United States.
This vet was also wanted by American police, but they obviously had problem catching this criminal.
His name is Andres Lopez Elorza and police found him in a small place called Santa Comba which is placed in Galicia.
Andres had been hiding there for the last couple of months. Police said that this person is a veterinarian and a member of some kind of drug trafficking organization and that he’s been transporting heroin from Colombia to America.
They added that he placed this drug into these innocent, little creatures and then sent them as pets.
What is sad about this man is that he is married and has two children, which obviously didn’t stop him from doing this horrific act.
Andres was arrested in 2013 in Galicia, but unfortunately he didn’t stay there for too long, because he was released after a while.
This man had been on the run since 2005, when police in Columbia found more than 3 kilograms of heroin that was implanted inside 3 puppies.
