Kayla Muller’s Death- Still a hidden tragedy

Still there is no evidence to come to a conclusion that Kayla Muller was killed by an air strike according to the White house officials.

The reports of Islamic State (IS) state that Muller, the US female hostage was killed when the Jordanian jets bombed a house on the outskirts of their Syrian stronghold, Raqqa. But only a photo of the particular building being ruined is available as proof. In the meantime Jordan dismissed this report as propaganda which carried air strikes on the targets of IS.

26-year-old Muller is a graduate of the Northern Arizona University. She came to the Syrian border in 2012 in order to carry out her work with refugees.

Although there are no images provided of the dead body, IS says that she died in the building where she was being held.

She would be the fourth American to die while being held by IS if the death of would be confirmed. Her group was beheaded by her fellow journalists Steven Sotloff, James Foley with the aid worker Peter Kasssig.

According to analysis of Aleen Maqbool, BBC News, Washington, he says that many people have doubts that Muller was killed due to coalition strike in Raqqa. The Jordanian statement is criticized by some of the people saying that it is an attempt to cover up their faults.

This doubtful situation gives comfort only to the family of Muller who are left with nothing to lose or gain.
