Every child wants to see Walt Disney World. The young ones are exposed to Disney characters and this is the place where they get to feel what it's like to be in a fantasy world. As parents, being able to take the children in this beautiful venue brings about a delightful feeling. Just the sight of a child's smile when seeing the Magic Kingdom or the Cinderella Castle is such a joy. Once you get to experience the enchanting Walt Disney World, you will look forward to your next visit.
But returning to this place is absolutely the last thing that the parents of Lane Graves would want to do. Lane is the 2-year-old boy who was taken by the alligator at a Disney World resort. The boy was enjoying paddling at the edge of the lagoon when the tragic event suddenly took place.
Lane was with his parents and 4-year-old sister that time. They were relaxing by the beach when out of the blue, an alligator appeared from the water and took the boy. His father, Matt Graves, tried his very best to take his son away from the alligator but his strength and speed could not match that of the animal. It took the authorities around 16 hours to recover Lane's lifeless body. When he was found, he was immediately sent to the medical examiner for autopsy. The autopsy report later revealed that the causes of Lane’s death are drowning and traumatic injuries.
After the incident, parents have posted photos of their children on the same spot Lane was taken by the alligator on different social media sites. It seems that most of them want Disney to be held liable for this tragic event.
